Check In Time is 4 : 00PM, Check Out Time is 10:00AM. Minimum stay is of 3 nights and a cleaning fee of $60.00 will be charged for stays of less than a week; if more than 7 nights this extra charge is waived. Lodging Tax of 13 % will be added to the total. A deposit of 30% of the total value of the rental of the house is required at the time of reservation and the balance is required 4 weeks prior to the arrival date at the house. We will hold a SECURITY BOND in form of a check of $200.00 against loss or damage. We will hold the check for 14 days unless there are damages. All pass and entry codes will be e-mailed to you after payment in full. Not responsible for weather. Cancellation Policy: if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival the full amount paid will be reimbursed, if less than 30 days the deposit of 30% will not be refunded.

Enjoy 18 holes of golf on scenic courses within a five minute drive; Golf Disney, Kissimmee, Celebration, Lake Buena Vista, Falcon’s Fire, all nearby. We are located in Kissimmee off 192 Hwy. and Oren Brown Rd. between Poinciana Blvd. and John Young Pkwy near Osceola Pkwy. Orlando International Airport is 15 Min. away.
