Check In Time is 4:00PM, Check Out Time is 10:00AM. Minimum stay is of 3 nights and a cleaning fee of $60.00 will be charged for stays of less than a week; if more than 7 nights this extra charge is waived. Lodging Tax of 13% will be added to the total. A deposit of 30% of the total value of the rental of the house is required at the time of reservation and the balance is required 4 weeks prior to the arrival date at the house. We will hold a SECURITY BOND in form of a check of $200.00 against loss or damage. We will hold the check for 14 days unless there are damages. All pass and entry codes will be e-mailed to you after payment in full. Not responsible for weather. Cancellation Policy: if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival the full amount paid will be reimbursed, if less than 30 days the deposit of 30% will not be refunded.
