All of the above mentioned offer great restaurants, outlet malls, Florida Mall, Festival Bay Mall, Walt Disney World Parks, Sea World, Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, (New Park) Aquatica, Medieval Times Dinner Show, Arabian Nights Dinner Show, and the best thing all of them are within 5 to 15 minutes away from our beautifull resort.

Check In Time is 4 : 00PM, Check Out Time is 10:00AM. Minimum stay is of 3 nights and a cleaning fee of $60.00 will be charged for stays of less than a week; if more than 7 nights this extra charge is waived. Lodging Tax of 13 % will be added to the total. A deposit of 30% of the total value of the rental of the house is required at the time of reservation and the balance is required 4 weeks prior to the arrival date at the house. We will hold a SECURITY BOND in form of a check of $200.00 against loss or damage. We will hold the check for 14 days unless there are damages. All pass and entry codes will be e-mailed to you after payment in full. Not responsible for weather. Cancellation Policy: if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival the full amount paid will be reimbursed, if less than 30 days the deposit of 30% will not be refunded.

Our beautiful townhouse at Fiesta Key Resort is in a newly developed gated community with 24 hour security, located within the exclusive Liberty Village. Fiesta Key is 4 minutes to 192 a popular Tourist corridor with many oulets, and restaurants to suit every taste. Guests are 2 minutes of a 24 hours Super Wal-Mart, Publix Supermarkets, Super Target, Premium Outlet Mall and just every store and restaurants you can imagine on SR 535. Old Town, horse rides and Pet Farm is just minutes away. Disney World only 7 minutes, Sea World and Orlando Convention Center are within 13 minutes distance, Universal Studios/Island of Adventures 15 min. Daytona Beah is just 1 hour and 2 hours to the Gulf Coast warm waters. Orlando International Airport is 15 min. away.
